What We Do
Wi-Fi and Networks
Dead spots, dropped video calls, and a mesh kit that never worked right. We survey the space, design coverage for the layout you actually have, and wire what should be wired.
Network Security
Your router is the front door to everything on your network and it usually still has the factory settings. We harden it, move cameras and smart plugs onto their own network, and get everyone onto a password manager.
Remote Work
A work laptop sharing a network with a smart TV and a gaming console. We separate the work side, set up the VPN properly, and fix the calls that stutter every afternoon.
Cameras and Smart Devices
Doorbells, cameras, recorders and the automation that ties them together. Installed, configured and documented, so you can still use it a year from now.
How It Works

- You get a flat-rate quote before anyone shows up. No hourly meter running while we work out what the problem is.
- The work gets done once, properly, with equipment that suits the space rather than whatever was on the shelf.
- You get a short written summary: what changed, what the passwords are, and what to do if it breaks.
Where We Work
Based in Orcutt. We cover the Santa Maria Valley, the Santa Ynez Valley and San Luis Obispo County. On site when the job needs hands on it, remote when it does not. Travel is included inside the service area.

Every Engagement Includes

- One visit from $145 when something is broken: hourly with a one hour minimum, or a flat rate if the job is listed

Not included: Hardware, in-wall cable installation (quoted through a licensed low voltage contractor), anything requiring a permit, and manufacturer cloud subscriptions are quoted separately.
Straight Answers
Do you charge by the hour?
Most jobs are flat rate and the prices are published on the pricing page. Hourly is $145 with a one hour minimum, used only when a job genuinely cannot be scoped in advance.
Can you just tell me what to buy?
Yes. A Wi-Fi survey and written plan is $195 and the plan is yours whether or not we do the installation.
Do you supply the equipment?
Either way. You can buy the hardware yourself and we install it, or we can supply it and you see the actual price. Nothing gets marked up quietly.
Windows, Mac or both?
Both, plus iOS, Android, and the pile of connected things that run neither.
Is there a contract?
No. Project work is fixed price. The monthly plans are month to month and you can stop them whenever you like.
