How long does a project take?
Most engagements start with a discovery session or an assessment, then a written statement of work with fixed deliverables and a fixed price. Automation projects typically run two to six weeks. SIEM deployments run four to eight weeks depending on how many log sources are involved. Compliance gap assessments are usually two to three weeks.
What does it cost?
Discovery starts at $350 and a full automation audit at $1,200. Single automations start at $900, compliance gap assessments at $3,500, and SIEM implementations at $3,500. You get a written number before any work begins, never an open-ended hourly engagement.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, and it is optional rather than a dependency. Every project ends with runbooks, documentation, and a working session so your team can operate what we built. Ongoing retainers are available for tuning, changes, and new log sources if you want them.
What do you need from me to get started?
Less than you would think. What is costing your team time, what systems are involved, and what has already been tried. For security and compliance work, a rough device count and whatever questionnaire or audit request prompted the call. We will figure out the rest in the assessment.
