Each service has its own pricing below, in the order most people start. Figures are starting points, and you get a written, fixed quote before any work begins.
Every price covers the work, the documentation and the handover. Software and subscriptions are billed to you directly by the vendor, not marked up through us.

Not included: AI model usage, server or cloud hosting, paid app subscriptions, and server hardware for self-hosted models. These are billed to you by the provider and estimated in your quote. Work outside a fixed quote or care plan is billed at $125/hour.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these prices fixed?
The figures above are starting points. The assessment produces a written statement of work with a fixed price for your scope, and that number does not move unless the scope does.
How does billing work?
Project work is invoiced against milestones set out in the statement of work. Hosted services and retainers are billed monthly. Hosted SIEM is quoted per engagement based on device count and log volume.
What is not included?
Third-party licensing. SIEM platform licences, automation platform subscriptions, hosting, and domain registration are billed to you directly by those vendors rather than marked up through us.
Do I have to sign an ongoing contract?
No. Every project ends with documentation and a handover so your team can operate what we built. Retainers are available if you want ongoing help, but they are optional and cancellable.
