Single automations start at $750 to $1,200, multi-step systems at $1,800 to $4,500, and every project gets a fixed written quote after a $350 discovery session. AI usage and hosting are billed by those providers, usually a small monthly amount we estimate up front.
Which AI Models Do You Use?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, plus self-hosted open models when documents should not leave your network. We pick a model per task based on cost, accuracy and data sensitivity.
What Platform Do You Build On?
Most workflows are built on n8n, installed on your own server or cloud account. You own the installation and the workflows.
Can AI Automation Handle Patient, Client or Financial Records?
Only with extra design: private models or vendors that sign the agreements your industry requires, tighter access and logging. We scope that in discovery and will tell you plainly when a task should not be automated.
What Happens When an App Changes and Something Breaks?
A care plan covers monitoring and fixes from $195 a month. Without one, repairs are billed at $125 an hour.
