IT Support Pricing, Flat Rates
Every price here is the price. You get the figure before anyone comes out, and if the job turns out to be different from what was described we tell you before we carry on rather than after. Hardware is separate and never marked up quietly. Travel is included inside the service area.

Something is broken and you want it fixed. Hourly with a one hour minimum, or a flat rate if the job is on the list below.
A Project
From $195
Fixed scope, fixed price, documented handover. A survey, a network, a hardening package, a camera system. Most of our on-site work.
A Monthly Plan
$39 or $89 per month
For anyone who would rather not think about it. Month to month, cancel whenever. Details at the bottom of this page.

- Monthly remote check of router firmware, backup status and device patching
- One remote support session per month, up to thirty minutes
- A short written note each month telling you what was checked and what, if anything, needs doing
- Priority scheduling for on-site visits, charged at the rates above
Watch Plan Plus
$89 per month
- Everything in Essentials
- Up to two remote support sessions per month
- One on-site visit per quarter, up to an hour, included
- Camera and recorder health checks, including whether it is still actually recording
- An annual security review of your setup
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these prices fixed?
The flat rates are fixed for the scope described. Where a line says From, the final figure depends on the site, and the survey or site plan is what settles it. You see the number before work starts either way.
What is not included?
Hardware, in-wall cable installation, anything requiring a permit, and any ongoing subscription a manufacturer charges for their own cloud service. Those are quoted separately and shown as separate lines.
How does billing work?
Invoiced on completion for single visits and small jobs. Larger projects are split, part at the start and the balance on handover. Monthly plans bill monthly and can be stopped at any time.
What if you cannot fix it?
If the problem turns out to be something we cannot resolve, for example failed hardware or a limit on your internet plan, we will tell you what it is, what it would take, and who to call. You pay for the time spent diagnosing it, not for a result we did not deliver.
Do you work on weekends?
Scheduling is weekdays, 9 to 6. If that is genuinely impossible for you, ask and we will see what can be arranged.
